 Manuela studied languages and economics in Germany, then pursued a career in marketing and intercultural training in the UK. She worked in-house for Quelle, Egger, Siemens  and Turner & Townsend, before setting up Lexica. Manuela is now responsible for client account management, project management, coaching and training design & delivery. She is also the Honorary Consul for the Federal Republic of Germany, supporting German nationals in the North East & Cumbria. 

Didi Harrison, Explorer & Legal Eagle

A qualified German lawyer, Didi has travelled the globe for the past 15 years, living in Germany, Belgium, the US and the UK. She relocated her family to the new home countries and ensured her three children settled into each new school system. She currently works as a freelance translator and interpreter and offers relocation services. Didi speaks fluent German and English as well as intermediate Italian and French.

Aidan Lynn, Goal Setter & Coach

Aidan has a degree level qualification in sales & marketing and a masters degree in people development. An experienced organisation and behaviour change specialist, Aidan has an in-depth understanding of learning design, coaching & mentoring, top team facilitation, team development, organisation development, change and culture change.

Graham Walton, Optimiser & Mentor

Graham provides business mentoring and consultancy in areas such as supply chain optimisation, manufacturing and customer service operation.

Graham has worked at senior level focusing on supply chain optimisation and business process re-engineering – using LEAN methodology. He is also a qualified Prince2 project manager and has led several MRP2 projects (including SAP implementation).
